Your personal data is thus collected and processed in compliance with the applicable legal framework. For any information on the protection of personal data, you can consult the website of the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés.

The INTM Group has implemented a personal data protection policy in line with the principles of the legal framework: lawfulness, transparency and fairness of processing, explicit and legitimate purpose, relevance and proportionality of the data collected, limited data retention period, data security and confidentiality and respect for the rights of individuals.

During your visit to the Site, INTM does not automatically collect any personal data, nor does it use any cookies or trackers.

However, during your visit to the Site, INTM has put in place the possibility to send us your CV either for an unsolicited application or in response to a job offer in the career section. The form is strictly limited to sending a CV to the exclusion of any other message or any other collection of personal data.

When you send your CV, the personal data contained therein will be processed by INTM (whose contact details are given above) for the sole purpose of processing your application, evaluating your ability to occupy a job (qualifications, experience, etc.), managing and organizing interviews and building up a CV database of potential recruitments by INTM.

The legal bases for this processing are:

– the legitimate interest of the company for the constitution of a CV library, on the other hand.

By submitting your application, you spontaneously hand over your personal data (included in your CV) to the “Recruitment” department, which is the only one authorized to process this information for strictly internal use. However, your data may be transmitted to one of INTM’s managers who may be asked to consider your application for their department.

The information you provide is mandatory for the processing of your unsolicited application; without it, we will not be able to follow up on your application.

In accordance with the regulations, you may access your personal data, rectify it, request its deletion, or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data. You can also oppose the processing of data concerning you.

To this end, each electronic communication is accompanied by a link allowing you to object to the processing of your personal data. You may also exercise all or part of these rights at any time and directly by sending an e-mail to dpd@intm.fr, or by sending a letter to the attention of the Data Protection Officer at the following address:
