Purpose – How your personal data is processed

By submitting your application, you agree to hand over your personal data (included in your CV) to the “Recruitment” department, the only ones authorized to process this information for strictly internal use within the EU. The personal data that you provide us with is processed by our Recruitment team in its capacity as Data Controller for strictly internal use. They are used for the purpose of contacting you for interviews following your application. The information you submit is mandatory for the processing of your spontaneous application; without these, we will not be able to follow up on your application.

Your rights

In accordance with the regulations, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data. You can also oppose the processing of data concerning you. To this end, each electronic communication is accompanied by an unsubscribe link.

Otherwise, you may exercise these rights at any time and directly by sending an e-mail to, or by sending a letter by post to the attention of the Data Protection Officer at the following address:

Your request must include your first and last name as well as an address to correspond with you. The application must be accompanied by proof of identity. Your application will be processed within a maximum of one month after receipt. Beyond that, and without notice from us, the data you have transmitted to us will be permanently deleted. However, if this deadline is extended due to the complexity of your application or the large number of applications to be processed, you will be informed as soon as possible. The information you provide to us will be kept for a period not exceeding 1 year after the message we have sent you. Beyond this period and without notice from us, the data transmitted will be destroyed.
